This membership organization drives policy and social change for mental health and substance use treatment organizations and the children, adults, and families they serve. The organization advocates for policies to ensure equitable access to high-quality services, builds the capacity of mental health and substance use treatment organizations, and promotes a greater understanding of mental well-being as a core component of comprehensive health and health care.
